The colour (#AAFF55) shown in the vernil article doesn't seem to be the same as the colour (#3F7B4F) shown in the English Wiktionary article Nile green. Also look at http://www.borgwardclub.nl/documentatie/kleuren/lloydkleuren.htm where NIJLGROEN is closer to #3F7B4F than to #AAFF55.

I saw the site you wrote about, but both the Romanian and the English words have their definitions equivalent: yellowish green. I cannot see something yellowish in #3F7B4F. Maybe the translations into English, Dutch or whatever are wrong, but in Romanian vernil is the color I put there, and it's explanation is from the latest Romanian Explicative Dictionary. --KlaudiuMihăilă Mesaj 21 iunie 2006 14:28 (UTC)[răspunde]
